What are the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) evaluated for CHOICES?
The ADLs that are evaluated are: transfer, mobility, eating, toileting, incontinence care, catheter/ostomy care, orientation, expressive communication, expressive communication, self-administration of medication, and behavior.
