What are the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) evaluated for CHOICES?

The ADLs that are evaluated are: transfer, mobility, eating, toileting, incontinence care, catheter/ostomy care, orientation, expressive communication, expressive communication, self-administration of medication, and behavior. You can find more specific definitions of each, as well as how they are weighted in an evaluation, here.
